Each studio authorizes its own account
A studio connects and authorizes its own WhatsApp Business account and assets. MG OS provides the software that powers these features — it does not own, control, or claim rights over a studio's WhatsApp Business account. Access to WhatsApp and Meta platform data is controlled entirely through that studio's own authorized integration and permissions.
MG OS does not claim any Meta partnership, certification, approval, or endorsement.
The studio authorization model
MG OS is built around one idea: every studio is its own isolated account, and every connected integration is explicitly authorized by that studio — never assumed or shared.
Studio
Each business signs up as its own Studio — the top-level account and owner of everything beneath it.
Users
A Studio invites its own team members. Each person signs in as themselves, under the Studio's account.
Roles & permissions
Each user is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do inside the Studio's workspace.
Authorized integrations
A Studio explicitly connects and authorizes its own external accounts, such as a WhatsApp Business account.
Business data
Leads, customers, projects, and accounts belong to one Studio only, isolated from every other Studio on MG OS.
How platform data is used
MG OS uses WhatsApp Platform Data to provide connected studios with messaging and business communication services. This allows each studio to manage customer conversations, send and receive WhatsApp messages, deliver approved templates and media, and automate business communications through its own connected WhatsApp account. Platform Data is used only to provide these requested services to the connected business and its authorized users.

Why a business connects WhatsApp
A studio connects its own WhatsApp Business account to MG OS so its team can manage customer conversations, follow up on leads, and send business messages from inside the platform, instead of a separate app.

Through that connection, MG OS receives the WhatsApp messages, message templates, media, and contact details needed to carry on a conversation on the connected business's behalf — nothing beyond what the messaging feature itself requires.

Who controls the connected account
The studio does. It owns its WhatsApp Business account and its Meta Business Portfolio. MG OS never owns, controls, or claims rights over a connected account — it only provides the software that uses the access that account has authorized.

How authorization works
Each studio explicitly connects and authorizes its own WhatsApp Business account when it sets up the integration. Access is scoped to that one studio's account and can be disconnected by the studio at any time.

How MG OS uses the information
Platform Data is used only to provide the WhatsApp features the connected studio has requested — displaying and sending messages, delivering templates and media, and running the automations that studio configured. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Studio-authorized access
A Studio connects and authorizes its own accounts, such as a WhatsApp Business account. MG OS never accesses a connected account without that authorization.
Purpose-limited use
Platform data received through a connected integration is used only to provide the specific MG OS features that Studio has requested — nothing beyond that.
Isolated by Studio
Every Studio's business data — leads, customers, projects, accounts, and messages — is kept separate from every other Studio on the platform.
No unrelated use
Platform and business data are not used for advertising, sold, or shared for purposes unrelated to delivering the requested MG OS service.
